It was a pleasure to work with Adam and his team.
Nothing was too much trouble. Adam and his team supervised trades people with last-minute “touch -ups”, knowing experts in all areas who  came promptly.
From maintenance to gardening and styling, his advice in appointing a real estate agent was invaluable, taking all the stress and guesswork out of the equation.
Adam reviewed open for inspections with the real estate and kept a record of interested buyers.
In every aspect of the successful sale, I felt he was in command of the situation removing all the guess work and stress for me.
He made, what could have been a stressful situation very easy.

I can't believe what a difference Adam has made to my buying experience. I tried bidding for myself at an auction and it didn't go so well. It was a friend who recommended that I speak to Adam and I am so grateful.  Adam took the time to work out what was right for me and my family, answered all my questions, and successfully bid for me in an online auction. He was calm, composed and a great communicator through the whole process. Buying or selling a home is too important to leave to chance. PPA took all the stress out of selling our home and made it a seamless experience.

With a new house already purchased and a tight turnaround to have the house on the market and both of us working full-time they took charge of the process – from agent selection through to even being on site to facilitate access for the styling team and removal of excess furniture. We would never have met the timelines we needed without PPA’s expertise and customer service.

Given their knowledge of the area PPA selected the right panel of agents to provide proposals and negotiated an outstanding sale package for us with the preferred agent– from commission rates through to selecting the right level of marketing for the property. They engaged and managed a supplier to style the property and could recommend a great tradesperson for any job that was required to prepare the house for sale – nothing was too much trouble.

With no costs to pay to engage PPA to assist with the sale we couldn’t imagine ever trying to sell a house again without their expertise. I believe we achieved an above market rate for the property by working with PPA.

It was so easy working with PPA – they were highly responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable and helped us to negotiate a complex sale with ease. Their attention to detail and commitment to supporting their clients is exceptional.  PPA are experts in what they do and provide a level of care that you will not find anywhere else. Perry Property Advocates (PPA) took the stress and hard work out of selling our home and buying our dream apartment.

We were looking to downsize from our four bedroom townhouse in Albert Park to a smaller 2-3 bedroom CBD apartment. Adam and the PPA team made it a simple and stress-free experience. From interviewing agents and finding the sales right team through to recommending and organising painters, trades, gardeners and staging consultants.

We had a very specific brief for the purchase of our luxury CBD apartment. It had to be in the East end of Melbourne CBD and there were really only three buildings in play. We were travelling through South America at the time and we landed in Santiago to the wonderful news that the deal had been completed at a price we were extremely happy with. Adam was instrumental in us getting the best price for my mother’s home, he was professional in the way he advised us how to go about setting the house up for sale, got the best deal with the agent, he organised the house set up, which I was against, but he was correct, it looked beautiful when it was done. Adam is a delight to work with, he follows through with everything down to the minor detail. An absolutely delightful young man. It was a trying time for my brother and myself, and he showed us great empathy. Adam monitored the progress of the sales campaign and made sure everything was in order, every minor detail was taken care of. I would be happy to recommend Perry Property Advocates (PPA) to anyone. Adam simplified the experience by being our one point of contact throughout the process from selecting an agent, preparing the home for sale, liaising with the agent throughout the sales campaign and assisting with all negotiations.
